Bishop M. Donoval Miller is the Founder and Prelate of OutReach Ministries Inc., which is comprised of several churches growing with the unity of one mind, “Drawing Souls to Christ.”  As mandated by God in 1995. Bishop Miller established OutReach Ministries Inc., which has authenticated its mark locally and nationwide. He is a Scholar, Businessman, Builder, Teacher, Preacher, Husband, and Father. Co-Pastor Annie Miller is a Scholar, Teacher, Preacher, First Lady, Wife, and Mother who exhibits a profound love of God and compassion for his people. She has a servant’s heart and is a woman of prayer.
